Hello everyone!

This summer is flying by. It’s almost August! I’ve been on the road for personal and work travel, but I promise I’m going to have a plethora of exciting new posts soon. I’m working on a vegan round up for Prague, Salsburg, and Vienna. Plus, several new recipes!

For now, I’ve compiled a list of summer savings that I found this week. Brands include Annie’s, Skinny Pop, Silk, So Delicious, Sweet Earth Foods, Beyond Meat, Go Veggie, and so much more! I’ve also been reviewing my savings-to-date, and I’m doing really well. You can check out my top ways to save and other recent savings posts. Here’s how much I’ve saved so far this year:

PS – I’ve been loving Mylk Guys, the new online vegan grocery store with reasonable shipping costs. Mylk Guys carries everything from faux meat to cheese to health products or even sweets. Now I can order Primal Jerky, Uptons Chorizo, Just Egg, and Miyokos all at once! Fun fact – they have the largest selection of vegan cheeses in the United States. 1. I have heard of ibotta which I tried years ago but seeing that it works for Whole Foods I will try it again. I need to get a handle of food spending.

  2. My husband likes that Justin’s almond butter. I haven’t purchased it in a while because I haven’t found any good deals on it. Thanks for sharing these!
