I think we’ve finally turned a corner and landed in the full swing of spring. That means it’s time to start thinking about Memorial Day cookouts and other fun outdoor activities. One of my favorite goto picnic items is Indulgent Macaroni Salad. I’ve crafted the perfect recipe using Hampton Creek’s Just products.
This macaroni salad is creamy, tangy, full of flavorful, crisp veggies, and fun elbow noodles. This simple recipe creates the most delicious spring/ summer side dish!
