    • 4 cups chopped rhubarb, cut into 3\/4″ pieces<\/li>\n
    • 1 cup vegan sugar<\/li>\n
    • \u00bc cup flour<\/li>\n
    • 1 tsp\u00a0Organic Ground Cinnamon<\/a><\/li>\n
    • 2 tbs finely chopped fresh basil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Crumble\n

      • 1\u00a0cup all purpose flour<\/li>\n
      • \u00bd cup,\u00a0Earth Balance<\/a>,\u00a0melted<\/li>\n
      • 1 cup\u00a0packed brown sugar<\/li>\n
      • \u00bd cup rolled oats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Instructions<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.<\/li>\n
        2. Chop the rhubarb and gather the remaining ingredients.<\/li>\n
        3. Combine the rhubarb, sugar, flour and cinnamon.<\/li>\n
        4. Add the finely chopped basil.<\/li>\n
        5. Mix together the flour, melted Earth Balance, brown sugar, and rolled oats.<\/li>\n
        6. Spread\u00a0the filling mixture into a pyrex pan.<\/li>\n
        7. Cover the mixture evenly with the crumble topping.<\/li>\n
        8. Bake for 35-45 minutes until golden brown. The filling should be bubbling.<\/li>\n
        9. Remove to cool.<\/li>\n
        10. Dust with vegan powdered sugar or raw sugar.<\/li>\n
        11. Serve with vegan whipped cream or ice cream and enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
