Recipe: Vegan Sour Cream & Chive Biscuits

Hello everyone,FullSizeRender_1

Who doesn’t love a good biscuit? They’re warm and flakey. They taste great smothered in gravy, with jam or cream cheese, or even on their own.

It was incredibly easy to make. In fact, you only need seven ingredients! You just need a few pantry staples like vegan butter and sour cream, and whole wheat flour, as well as, a heaping helping of freshly chopped chives. I decided that I wanted to see what all the internet fuss was about and start out with something “easy.” I chose vegan meringue cookies. Boy was I wrong. Continue reading “Vegan Lemon Meringue Pie (& a pep talk)”

Recipe: Vegan Chocolate Ginger Sugar Cookies

Hello friends,

Today I want to share a new cookie recipe I tried this week. I wanted to make a chocolate cookie, but I don’t like overly chocolatey flavors. I’ve been using ginger a lot lately so I decided to give it a try. What follows is a recipe for a chewy, moist cookies with light chocolate and ginger flavors.

Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Cheers!

Jocelyn
