Recipe: Quick & Easy Vegan S’mores

It’s the end of summer. The start of fall. You know what snack is just as good during either season? A fresh, gooey, warm, s’more made around the fire pit.

S’mores:  a dessert consisting usually of toasted marshmallow and pieces of chocolate bar sandwiched between two graham crackers

Since Trader Joes Marshmallows hit the shelves earlier this year, I’ve been making so many classics—rice krispie treats, cookie sandwiches, and of course, s’mores. They are so easy to make, why not treat yourself to a decadent delight from childhood.

All you need to do is head to your local trader joe’s and super market to purchase:

Then, grab a few marshmallows and roast them over the fire, before smashing them between a square of chocolate and two pieces of graham cracker. Pure, gooey deliciousness! What are you waiting for? Go get these three pantry staples and make some s’mores before it’s too late. The start of fall means winter is right around the corner.
